Kevin S. Lee-Crossett, a member of the Bar in New Jersey, Ohio
and Pennsylvania, became a partner of Gottesman Jones &
Partners LLP in 2010.
Kevin’s practice focuses on corporate representation of
investment companies, investment advisers, fund fiduciaries
and broker-dealers in a wide range of regulatory, corporate and
transactional matters.
Kevin was most recently Executive Vice-President and General
Counsel of Gartmore Investment Management in the United
Kingdom and had previously served as a senior lawyer at
Merrill Lynch and Nationwide Insurance in the United States.
At each of those companies, his work involved a broad range of
financial service activities relating to unit trusts, mutual funds,
hedge funds and institutional asset managers. Kevin is also
qualified as a certified public accountant in the state of
Pennsylvania.
Kevin earned a B.S. degree in accounting at Philadelphia
University and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School
